The sources most common are: scary thoughts, scary feeling and being at the edge of the unknown. The usual kind of thoughts that we tell ourselves are negative predictions; scary thoughts about the future Or mind reads; things we think other people are thinking about us that are disturbing.

This is a practice for finding your center. Begin by noticing where you are in space. Feel the weight of your body, supported and held. Let your attention move inward, toward your core. Imagine a line running through the center of your body. This is your axis, your place of balance. From this center, you can move in any direction. But you always have this home base to return to. Breathe into your center. Expand from your center. This is where your authentic self resides. Centered, grounded, and fully present.
